Photovoltaic bracket

The application of photovoltaic brackets is mainly reflected in their use as raw materials for manufacturing bracket structural components, which have advantages such as strong corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy, and good formability, and are particularly suitable for long-term outdoor use in photovoltaic power plants.

Cold rolled strip steel is one of the important substrates for photovoltaic bracket steel, especially widely used in components that require high-precision dimensions and specific mechanical properties.

Cold rolled strip steel has good cold bending performance and is suitable for direct processing into complex cross-sectional shapes such as C-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, or zigzag steel through cold bending forming machines. This one-time molding process not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures that the straightness and angle errors of the components are controlled within a very small range (such as straightness error ≤± 1.5 mm/1500 mm), which is conducive to the standardization and mass production of photovoltaic brackets.
