Tangshan Qianchen Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was established in January 2021 and is located in Lujiatuo Village, Nanyuan, Guye Economic Development Zone, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, it covers an area of over 500 acres and currently has more than 500 employees. The company is an emerging modern enterprise specializing in the research and production of cold-rolled and galvanized steel strips. Its products have a wide range of applications and can be used to support multiple industries such as automotive frames, building materials, light industrial hardware, household appliances, photovoltaic brackets, power equipment, flange ducts, and high-speed guardrail panels, providing high-quality metal material support for the development of various fields.
The company has a complete production equipment configuration and mature process technology system. It is currently equipped with 2 850mm acid continuous rolling production lines, 4 galvanizing production lines covering different thickness specifications from 0.5mm to 4.0mm, 1 raw material longitudinal cutting production line, and 4 galvanizing longitudinal cutting production lines. All production equipment is equipped with domestic first-class two-level automation control systems, combining high production efficiency and strong production capacity advantages. It can accurately meet customers' diversified customized needs and achieve a core production capacity of 1.4 million tons of galvanized strip steel per year. At the same time, the company has built a complete set of public and auxiliary facilities, including acid regeneration system, circulating water pump station, desalination station, wastewater treatment station, air and nitrogen station, methanol hydrogen production station, natural gas pressure regulating station, boiler room, etc., to provide a solid guarantee for efficient production operation and green environmental protection in all aspects.
