High speed guardrail board

The application of high-speed guardrails is mainly reflected in their use as raw materials for manufacturing key components such as guardrail panels and columns. Significantly reduce material waste and processing costs, in line with the trend of green manufacturing.

The production of guardrail panels is a complex process of transforming flat steel strips into three-dimensional corrugated structures and endowing them with anti-corrosion properties, mainly involving two major steps: forming and surface treatment.

1. Cold rolling forming process
The strip steel is first preliminarily shaped by a shearing machine and a punching die, and then cold-rolled using a pressing equipment to form a standard corrugated beam structure.

Process flow: Original board preparation → Punching/shearing → Cold bending forming by tile press → Finished product inspection.
Technical points: During the cold rolling process, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of compression and tension to ensure the accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the waveform, and to ensure the smooth splicing and anti-collision performance of the guardrail during installation.
2. Galvanized anti-corrosion treatment
Galvanization is a key step in endowing guardrail panels with "vitality", mainly divided into two methods: hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing (electroplating), with hot-dip galvanizing occupying a dominant position.
